“Un’esperienza indimenticabile: quando la professionalità incontra il cuore”

Calling it perfect would be an understatement – the whole stay was a pure wow experience! What truly sets this place apart is the warm, empathetic welcome from every staff member, an indescribable genuine care that makes you feel constantly looked after without being intrusive, instantly making you feel at home. The property itself is gorgeous, featuring a dream‑like pool and a spa that feels like a wellness temple, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. A heartfelt thanks to the whole team; when people work with such passion and love, it shines through in every nuance. See you again soon! ❤️

“Ottimo da consigliare”

I appreciated the on‑site parking and the room right next to the pool; the dinner was spectacular in quality, service, and price, and the staff were courteous.

“Come da aspettativa con il plus di un personale gentile e sempre disponibile”

The breakfast was fine, but the exterior could use some improvement.

“Consiglio caldamente questa struttura perché è bella, si mangia bene, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e si viene co”

The tasting dinner, the wonderful hospitality, the fresh watermelon served in the pool, the sunset over the pool with a glass of white wine from the house, and the excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and tarts were all highlights; the only minor annoyance was hearing fast traffic from the pool garden, which isn’t too loud but does break the quiet of Umbrian villages and countryside, especially for those coming from noisy cities.

“Una splendida vacanza”

Finding a flaw in this place is impossible; the owner is extremely friendly, the staff are very polite and helpful, breakfast is good and plentiful, the room is very clean, the pool has plenty of loungers and two hot‑tub pools, and the restaurant is also great – we’ll definitely come back.
