“Muy bien ubicado y habitación cómoda”
The location was great and the room was very comfortable, but the entrance smelled like a horrible durian.

Nothing about this place was good at all—everything was either disappointing or shockingly bad, with no redeeming qualities. The rats, the constant noise from doors, other guests and their screaming kids, the shower drain, the road, and the AC dripping made the tiny, cramped rooms feel even worse. The old, frayed towels and linens, and how dirty the carpet and everything else was, were all unacceptable. The staff pretended none of these problems existed and even lied to me twice—once about a manager arriving at 7 pm (who never did) and again about getting a refund for my unused nights after I left early, yet after nearly 70 hours I still received no response. I was stunned by how bad everything was and had to leave the premises for another hotel early.

It was very central, right in the heart of Chinatown, with everything within arm’s reach. The AC works well and most facilities are good, but the bathroom offers almost no privacy—everyone in your room can see you shower because the glass doors are not private.

The location is very good and the place is very clean, but the rooms are a bit small, though adequately equipped.

Great location, clean, easy check in. Nothing
