The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s less than a 5‑minute walk from the station, a supermarket across the street, and 50 meters from restaurants and bars. We stayed in the new superior room, which was very spacious and fully equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. A swimming pool would be great, but that’s not common in Ella.

The place is amazing, the best in every way. Michael was fantastic, taking care of everything, even outside the hotel.

The location is unbeatable, parking right outside the room, which was large and bright. The room wasn’t clean: I asked for stained pillows to be replaced, the mattress had no protector and was also stained, though not as bad as the pillows. Minor details in the room let it down, like the wash basin not fixed, the shower took a long time to heat up, the drain was blocked, and there was no TV. Breakfast was just okay.

The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly! The location is perfect: just steps from the restaurant street, a supermarket and a laundry across the street, and it’s quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great and there was a water leak in the room.
