Everything was tidy, quiet and orderly – nothing to complain about, this is the best spot to stay in Comala.

The room was spacious, the bathroom even bigger and very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent; overall a solid choice if you want to be near the main square. The parking issue is that there are only two spots in the garage, and outside it’s tough because one street is narrow and there’s little room – I’d suggest they address that. The second point is that the day after arrival there was no shampoo or body soap, but after we mentioned it they fixed it quickly; still, these little things should be sorted before guests arrive.

The only good thing was the location. The staff were very rude, never available to meet our needs, the room was in bad condition, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the price didn’t match the poor value of the accommodation.
