The staff are good, but the bathroom was a nightmare: the shower was a cramped 3‑person tub, the linen was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was barely edible.

I was pleasantly surprised by the live music in the top-floor restaurant, which added a nice touch to my stay. The thermal pool was also a great feature. However, my experience was marred by the fact that the hotel's location on Apple Maps was incorrect, and the shower in my room didn't work.
I was grateful that the hotel staff was able to change my room to a more suitable one, and the quiet night outside was a welcome respite. The fact that my room had a tea kettle was also a nice touch. However, my experience was marred by the hotel's poor sound insulation, which made it difficult to sleep due to the sound of water flowing from neighboring rooms. Additionally, there was no drinking water in the room, the bathroom shelf was loose, and there were no hygiene products provided.
