Nothing was great; the fittings were old and outdated and there was no beautification. The room was available for a cheaper price than what I was charged on 6th Oct 26, and the hotel rates for that date were lower. Overall, it didn’t offer value for money.

The stay was comfortable, the customer service quality was good, and the location was close to the city centre and the bypass road. Nothing to note otherwise.

The staff were great and the food was lovely. The hotel feels a bit tired but is currently undergoing renovation.

The place is clean. The room is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is adequate with attention to detail for guest comfort. Everything was nice.
