The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. I wish there had been a grab bar in the shower. A note on the shower door mentioned that the floor and wall material caused some discoloration; it wasn’t dirt, but it looked like the shower floor was peeling, which was a little disconcerting.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, just a stone's throw from Starbucks, the best place for pastéis de nata, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and tour meeting points. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t encounter anything I didn’t like.

I stayed 3 nights for lasr September. The staff are really kind. And they upgraded my room just faced rossio plaza on 3rd floor. Really good view. This hotel located just by the rossio plaza. All attractions are near and metro station is only 1 minute. I recommend this hotel strongly. If I go to lisbon sometimes, I will stay this hotel again

The location was very convenient for tourists, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The only downside was that the room was very small.

The location is excellent. The room was good, and the breakfast was basic. The price of the room was a bit high.
