The place sits close to the city center, a convenient spot. The room was tidy and well organized. However, there was no floor mop available, the toilet in the double‑bedroom had an unpleasant odor, and the shower pressure was weak.

The location was super close to the city center, and the condominium featured a pool, a pier with river access, and a great play area, with unlimited access to all spaces—everything was very pleasant. The house was extremely organized and functional, offering everything guests need in a practical, spacious way that comfortably accommodated the proposed number of guests. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to welcome visitors. Conversely, we were positively surprised, nothing was lacking, and we even wanted to return to Barreirinhas—everything was impeccable, no criticism.

“Uma estadia agradável e confortável, em um lugar bonito, limpo e bem equipado.”

The accommodation was clean, beautiful and well maintained, as was the condominium. The pool and the view of the Rio Preguiças were a real highlight. Three of us stayed in the two‑suite unit, which was perfect, comfortable, and made us feel at home. The rooms had air conditioning, the kitchen was well equipped, and the place also provided bedding, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and a drying rack. The location was a bit far from the city center, but that never became an issue because the 99 service now covers the area and makes getting around very easy.

The accommodation was fine and roomy enough for five people, and the facilities were also good. It could be a bit cleaner and the condominium is a little far from the city center.
