I stayed in a room where the cleaning was minimal; the sink stayed clogged and dirty for three consecutive days, and there were no power outlets in the room, so I had to charge my phone in the common area. The bed was just thin plastic mats that let me feel the wooden floorboards. Ana was very friendly, and the other Spanish‑speaking staff member was also very kind, but that doesn't erase the shortcomings.

Overall everything was fine, but the rooms had a bad odor and there was too much silence. I suggest they enforce better organization and hygiene rules for guests to improve coexistence.
