“Great Location, Poor Service”
The hotel's location was perfect for our onward journey, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a couple of issues. The family room was a good size, and the breakfast was decent, but we were really looking forward to a comfortable night's sleep. Unfortunately, they forgot to provide the extra mattress we'd requested, and to make matters worse, there was a power cut in the middle of the night that lasted for 45 minutes.
“Great Staff, But Some Technical Issues”
We had a really great experience at this hotel, thanks to the excellent service from the staff, particularly Mery and Fatima. The food was simple but tasty, and they even arranged airport pickup and drop-off for us. The hotel itself is nicely located in a small village in Moshi and is well-maintained. However, the internet was a bit hit-or-miss, and the room lights could have been a bit brighter.
“Fantastic Service, But Some Technical Issues”
We had an amazing stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredible service from Fatma and Mary. They were always available when we needed them, and they made our stay truly special. The rooms were more than we expected, and the kids loved their stay. We even got to play some board games, which was a nice bonus. However, the WiFi was a bit of a disaster, and we didn't get any drinking water in our rooms, which was a bit of a letdown.
“Friendly Staff, But Some Room for Improvement”
The hotel had some lovely aspects, but it wasn't without its flaws. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a great variety of fruits. They even made omelets to order, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor space where we could sit and enjoy the surroundings. However, our room was a bit on the small side, and the location was a bit of a trek from Moshi town - we had to travel on earthen roads to get there.
“A Hidden Gem in Moshi”
This hotel was a real gem, with a room that was full of character and plenty of space. The staff member who greeted us was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was on par with what we'd had at much more expensive hotels. The location was also perfect for exploring Kilimanjaro, national parks, and Moshi. And the best part? It was a bargain at the price we paid.
