Son unas porquerías llegue ya con mi reserva y me dijieron que ya no tenían habitación de que sirve que reserves entonces si hacen lo que quieren cero recomendable

The room was not what I expected when I arrived. It didn’t feel fully clean, and the environment made me uncomfortable and unsafe staying there. Because of this, I checked out early the same night instead of completing my stay. I’m requesting a refund based on the condition of the room and the fact that I could not remain there due to safety and comfort concerns

I tried to watch TV but it was broken, so I kept going back to the front desk with different remotes. The connecting door to the neighboring room had a faulty lock, which felt scary, so I switched rooms; the new key worked, probably because the staff remotely activated it. The front‑office staff were friendly and professional.
