The location was good, the place was overall clean, the bed was big, and the team I interacted with was very helpful. The bathroom was the weak point for me: the shower heads lacked proper support for standing, the shower enclosure was incomplete so water splashed everywhere, and there were no towels or drying cloths available. The enclosure should be fully enclosed and the shower head better supported. The air‑conditioner also made a lot of noise.

The new apartment was nicely furnished and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the common areas were cleaned daily. The kitchen, lounge, and bathrooms were convenient and pleasant. The location was excellent – in La Latina, a 20‑minute walk to the Royal Palace and other main sights, and very close to the metro, making it easy to reach straight from the airport with metro transfers. We had no issues with other guests. Check‑in and check‑out were contactless, and the staff were quick and helpful. The photos from the listing match reality. The room lacked a mirror and there was no large mirror anywhere (the only large mirror was in the shared bathrooms), which is important for a woman to apply makeup and see her figure after dressing. Also, there was no towel hook in the bathroom.

La habitación era amplia, todo muy limpio. La verdad nunca habíamos compartido baño y temíamos hacerlo, pero aunque solo hay dos baños para 5 habitaciones, los limpian un par de veces al día y permanecen limpios. El apartamento es confortable y tiene cocina con refrigerador, comedor y lavadora. Así como una pequeña sala que está a disposición. En un principio nos iban a cobrar un suplemento de 50 Euros porque nuestro vuelo llegaba a las 11pm y llegaríamos antes de las 12 al apartamento. Finalmente no lo cobraron pero es importante acordar este tema previamente en caso que se requiera. Aunque está muy bien el tener cocina a disposición se sugiere disponer de un par de sartenes que no estén quemados. Así mismo, no dan opción de guardar el equipaje después del check out
