Parking was free, but they tried to move us to another room in the middle of the night, claiming it was reserved, even though they had assigned it to us initially; the air‑conditioners were broken and the room stayed hot.

“The beds are great, staff is friendly they just need to clean the rooms properly.”

The beds were very comfortable and the ACs kept the rooms cool, but the pool was dirty and smelled foul, the family‑room fridge was filthy, and the bathtub—though unused—was just dirty; staff said it was an old tub, but it was still unclean. There were no shower gels or hand wash, and floor rugs were dirty in all rooms. We had no running water at night, and after telling the security guard—who was told the ladies were asleep—he didn’t inform them until the next morning, when they fixed the issue. Most of us showered with cold water because hot water had run out; the staff mentioned they were catching up after the festive season, maybe we arrived at the wrong time.

The location was easy to spot and the staff greeted us warmly, and the facility was clean, but the TV remote and air‑con controls were not functioning properly.
