The location was close to the main road but not too close. I did an afternoon drive that didn’t start perfectly, but the staff and management tried their best, so everything turned out fine. The overall experience was great. Dinner on the first night was very classy, the staff were well trained, and the setup was perfect. I received free wine because the drive didn’t go so well—thanks for that. Breakfast was good and standard. In general, people were very friendly, which always helps. Things don’t need to be perfect. We stayed in the new self‑catering tents section and were pretty happy with that. The request that everything must be pre‑booked and paid—including meals and activities—was confusing, especially since credit cards are accepted. The reception staff seemed somewhat clueless and bored. With everyone being reserved, pre‑booked, and paid, guest arrivals shouldn’t be as surprising. Dinner drinks had to be paid right away and couldn’t be put on the room. On the second night, after a long day trip, staff members ran up at 7:30 pm asking us to join dinner (which ran until 9 pm). When we arrived, it turned out the staff were doing a dance show and seemed to want to maximize attention and tips.
