The spot is amazing—right on Cottesloe beach! The room type really matters here. My friends had beautiful rooms with ocean views, while I got a back‑of‑hotel room that was the size of a European room—tiny, dated, and looking out onto a roof with no view. That was the only type available when I booked, so if you can, aim for an ocean‑view room; the difference is huge and you’ll be much happier.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean, but the car‑pick‑up service promised with the room never happened; we were left on the side of the road without a ride.

The hotel and its staff were truly outstanding! I didn’t notice there was no elevator until I booked the night, because my partner was undergoing knee surgery and I panicked when I realized we’d have to climb the stairs. The manager and everyone else were incredibly accommodating and eager to help wherever possible. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect—just across from the beach and a restaurant right below.

The spot is great, right by the beach. However, staff support was minimal, there was no WiFi information, the food at the restaurant was awful, the room was very small, and the balcony didn’t look like the pictures showed.
