Overall, the hotel is very cute with a good breakfast restaurant (extra charge) and two lovely pools. We booked a family suite but actually received two regular rooms because we arrived with two small children who couldn’t sleep alone; we split the children and the adult. The hotel isn’t suitable for families with very small kids, but the rest is perfect.

The property fails to provide several advertised facilities. The cafe bar was not available during our stay. There was no restaurant, contrary to the advertisement. The spa and wellness centre was also missing.

We had a wonderful stay at Noma. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and you can really see how much care goes into keeping everything in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed waking up surrounded by nature and the sounds of the jungle. Breakfast is fantastic, with delicious and elaborate dishes, fresh smoothies, egg dishes, fruit, and plenty of options. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the maintenance guy, who was always particularly kind and helpful! The only two small things that could make the stay even better: as a family with young children, we found the 8:30 a.m. breakfast start a little late; an early option, even just coffee, fruit, and toast, would be great. We also think blackout curtains in the cabañas would be nice, as it gets bright early after sunrise. These are only minor suggestions, though. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Noma!

The property is very charming, surrounded by nature, and the industrial container touch is cool. The air conditioning worked perfectly (and saved our lives) and the pool was always clean and well maintained. The shower was stunning.
