“Staff was very nice but hotel stay wasn’t good value for money at all.”

The staff were friendly and helpful; they upgraded our room right after we mentioned it was too warm because they’d already switched the central system to heating instead of cooling. The hotel itself was very old and tired, the water pressure in the upper shower was very weak, the room’s condition was less than 4 stars, and the vanity mirror area had no plugs or lights.

“Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Hospitality at Black Bird Thermal Hotel!”

We’re grateful to the whole crew at Black Bird Thermal Hotel for their outstanding hospitality and top‑class service. We’d booked an economy room, but it turned out to be very noisy. The front desk staff offered us a free upgrade to a quiet, comfortable standard double room, which we really appreciated. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, smiling, and always ready to help. The food was tasty and varied, and both the indoor and outdoor thermal pools were clean and pleasantly warm. A special shout‑out to Diana, the massage therapist, for her excellent professionalism, precision, and great massage. The hotel stayed very clean with daily housekeeping and great hygiene overall.
