“Tolle und einmalige Erfahrung, sehr empfehlenswert”

The lodge on the Uros Islands is super cute with a small hut and terrace. The bathroom is separate right next to the hut, with hot water available. Inside everything is brightly decorated, the bed is comfortable with a panoramic view, and there are many blankets plus a small gas heater. Hot water, breakfast on the terrace, and a wonderful family who picked us up by boat at the port in Puno (30 Sol per trip). Food can be added and tastes great.

“Una notte cullati dalle onde del Lago Titicaca”

We slept in a lovely Lodge, with a private terrace overlooking the river and a mirrored window that let us see the river from under the blankets. Manuel and his family were super attentive and kind, helping us with the transfer and arranging an excursion that took us straight to Puno on the return. The little island still feels a bit of a work in progress.

The location was great. The room was very cold and the bed had too many blankets that weighed a lot. The bathroom wasn’t adapted and was also very chilly. The lighting was very weak.

The family was authentic and ready to transport us to the mainland.

The spot was unique, the family was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and they adapted well to our needs. They switched our breakfast day so we wouldn’t miss it, picked us up and took us for a fair price at odd hours, served a good breakfast and an excellent dinner for a fair price. The only downside was that the bathroom was outside the room in our particular case.
