Breakfast was excellent, blending Western and Japanese styles; the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great with a subway station very close by, yet the room had dust on top of the safe when we arrived, though otherwise the staff answered promptly to everything we needed.

The staff were helpful, the stay was seamless, the room was comfortable and it was thoughtful that it had international outlets, plus there were plenty of metro stations nearby, but I wish the room had been a little more spacious.

The spot was superb, and the staff were very pleasant and smiling, though there weren't enough storage spaces for our stuff and the toilet paper was really thin…

It was a good location, despite being a business area Akasaka felt safe as a female solo traveller. It was busy enough into the evening. The room felt spacious by Tokyo standards and I would definitely recommend to family and friends. It had fun perks like a free drink at happy hour and free ramen in the evenings! Good transport links- about a 7 min walk to nearest subway!. It was good value for money, with Genius discount I paid around £45 a night- not sure if I would pay too much more

The rooms were very clean and spacious with a great view, and the rooftop on the 13th floor was fantastic.
