The location, cleanliness, and staff were all positive, but I booked a double or matrimonial bed and received two small beds joined together, which was extremely uncomfortable for a couple and basically forced us to sleep separately; the shower was advertised as having hot water but it was actually broken for days, and this wasn’t disclosed in the reservation.
