I stayed in a roomy suite near the marina, and the hotel let us use other group venues in the same complex. The décor felt a bit dated and the price seemed a touch high, but we ate at a nearby venue run by the same group for breakfast, which was included in our bill.

The place was clean and the surrounding area was fun to wander around. The only downside was the price of the restaurant.

الصراحة الفندق من الأماكن اللي طلعت منها وأنا مرتاح ومبسوط من التجربة، المكان جميل ومرتب والخدمة ممتازة، لكن أكثر شيء لفت انتباهي تعامل الموظفين وطيب أخلاقهم. وأخص بالشكر موظفة الاستقبال رشا، والله من أطيب وأبشّ الناس اللي قابلتهم. بشوشة طول الوقت، ذوق وأسلوبها راقي جدًا، وتتعامل مع الضيف بكل رحابة صدر واهتمام وكأنك ضيف عندها شخصيًا. مهما سألت أو طلبت تلقاها متعاونة ومبتسمة، ووجودها في الاستقبال يعطي انطباع جميل جدًا عن الفندق من أول ما تدخل. تستاهل كل الشكر والتقدير، ومن الموظفات اللي فعلًا ترفع مستوى المكان. وأشكر بعد الأخ نور الدين، رجال شهم بمعنى الكلمة وموقفه ما ينسى. أحد أصدقائي تعرض لحالة حرجة، وكان نور الدين حاضر وساعدنا ووقف معنا بكل شهامة وإنسانية واهتمام، وما قصر معنا أبد. مواقفه الطيبة أكبر من مجرد خدمة فندقية، وهذا الشيء ترك عندنا أثر كبير. الله يعطيهم العافية جميع، وبالأخص رشا ونور الدين. ناس مثل هذولا هم اللي يخلون الواحد يرجع للفندق مرة ثانية وهو مرتاح. تجربة جميلة جدًا وأنصح بالفندق وبقوة

The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, and check‑in went smoothly. The staff were helpful and accommodating all the way. However, the bathroom and overall cleanliness could have been better; some spots weren’t spotless. Also, the hotel sits a bit farther from the city center than we’d liked.
