The property was generally okay. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The cooktop dials were broken, so I had to fiddle with them to get them to work. The real downside was the staff; it felt like we were bothering them every time we spoke to them. Breakfast was standard fare with the usual items. The staff needs a lot of customer‑service training.

I stayed for two weeks and the staff was continuously amazing—always kind and ready to help. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff made the difference, and all the facilities were clean and ready to use.

The place is very outdated and needs renovations. I had a room with a big stain (about 1 foot in diameter) on the carpet, so I was relocated to another room. The A/C is very old and noisy.

The front‑desk guy was fantastic, a real gem in that role. We chose the hotel because it’s close to the airport, but we ended up getting a ton of value for the price. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside was that you had to sign up for Marriott Bonvoy to get the Wi‑Fi.
