“Disappointment”

The staff were friendly, yet the bed was extremely old—every spring could be felt and it hurt my back. A neighbor was smoking skunk weed, the odor was unbearable, so I shut the window and it got too hot. I left and slept in my car, only returning the next morning for a shower. Stay far away and don’t trust reviews over 8 points.

The front desk staff were genuinely pleasant, which is why I’m giving a 10. The bathrooms and beds are quite clean, and they offer gender‑only rooms with lockable doors. The room felt a bit warm during my visit; perhaps blocking the afternoon sun could reduce the heat buildup.

“This posting is a scam”

The address listed on the booking site was wrong. Upon arrival, a large sign reading “NOT A HOSTEL” blocked the door and I couldn’t find any alternate check‑in instructions or address. When I asked the property for a refund due to the misinformation and the inability to locate it, they accused me of lying, claimed I was destroying their property, and told me to repent, adding “may god help you. good luck with your lies.” This is a fraudulent post and I feel scammed; they have not refunded me and behaved unprofessionally.

“Don’t stay no one on them.”

They cancelled my booking and didn’t refund me; the black man at the counter reception behaved poorly.
