The price and location were good, but my motorbike was badly damaged in the parking lot and no one knew what happened. There was no CCTV covering the parking area, and I found a dead roach larger than a lighter behind the bed table.

If a hotel manager can refuse to refund a guest 475 € and steal it, the place is just dirt; in Thailand you expect respect for Buddhism, but here theft seems to be the norm and karma will bite.
