The lodge is simple but welcoming. The staff are very polite and helpful. The bed is uncomfortable.

The sheets were clean and the fact that the place is pet friendly is a plus, but overall the experience was disappointing. We booked a two‑room chalet and the bathroom was a disaster; we only got cleaning on two days, and only after asking the front desk. The cleaning was sloppy, even the kitchen trash wasn’t taken out. There were hammocks under a tree, which was great for avoiding the septic smell, yet the building needs repairs and a bit more polish. Breakfast was very weak, and the location is noisy and inconvenient.

The whole crew was incredibly attentive—every request was met with a smile and they seemed to genuinely care about making the stay pleasant. Even the little things, like refilling towels without being asked, felt like extra effort. All in all, the service left a solid impression.

The breakfast spread and the garden area were real highlights, offering tasty options and a nice spot to relax. Unfortunately the room itself had a musty smell and the bed was far from comfortable, which made it hard to unwind after a long day. It’s a mixed bag: great amenities but a disappointing sleeping space.
