Location. Outside was not kept up Some of the rooms were not in the best shape

I love the location and the view was beautiful and easy to find, but I dislike carpets, which is a personal pet peeve. Getting off the elevator was confusing; I kept going the wrong way because I walked past the door or started in the opposite direction, so a few arrow signs pointing to the elevator doorway would help.
