The spot was convenient and the vibe was good, but there was no intercom to reach reception and the lack of cellular signal made things tough. The place looks worn out and needs serious upkeep, plus the cleaning left something to be desired.

The staff were good and warm. Our cabin was at the end of the property, with poor nighttime lighting. There was no water in the washroom, and the pool was very dirty, covered in algae at the base that made it super slippery as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Everything was great, except one issue with Aastha, the sales girl I spoke to on the phone. She didn’t explain things properly, didn’t respond to my texts, and was very rude. I don’t like her behavior and blocked her; she was extremely unprofessional.

I visited Pench with my wife and found this property through a booking site. I loved the location and the staff. The Restaurant Manager was great and gave us breakfast packed in a basket before our morning safari, and on the day we checked out early, she packed our breakfast again. No complaints.

The staff were a bit weird, making us feel uncomfortable.
