This place feels more like a budget guesthouse than a hotel—rooms were dirty, the pillows weren’t changed, the toilet was mouldy, and overall it was the worst accommodation I’ve experienced.

The hotel's proximity to the port and airport was a major plus, but unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The rest of my stay was a disaster - the water was ridiculously expensive, and the overall service was pretty poor. Definitely not a place I'd recommend.

I was really happy to have booked this hotel for my first trip to Quảng Ninh. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The room was spacious and spotless, and I felt really comfortable there. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance.

We stayed in a cozy room at a hotel that was spotlessly clean and had a simple yet warm decor. My partner and I paid 450k for a night's stay, which we thought was well worth it. What really impressed us was the owner's hospitality - he was super friendly and helpful, even going so far as to give us a detailed itinerary for our meals and activities. The room itself was small but perfectly clean, and the location was convenient.
