I booked this property for a client, but my account was debited twice. I’ve emailed them several times and received no reply.

The staff were great and the experience was awesome, but there were potholes on the road there.

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were definite positives, but unfortunately, the property's priorities were a bit skewed. It seemed like the staff were more focused on catering to the needs of a large party that was staying there, which made it difficult for other guests to get the attention they needed. Despite paying the same rate, we were left feeling a bit overlooked. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.
