The staff, especially Rudy and Ericka, made me feel right at home, so I’ll definitely come back for a stay at the 10th. The breakfast was amazing, especially the lulo juice. I had an issue when I hurt my leg, and the front desk ladies helped me a lot—thank you. The rooms are a bit tight but still comfortable, and the location is central. The front desk service is truly exceptional.

I’d call it uncomfortable. It’s not a hostel, more like a pricey hostel. The staff barely answered when spoken to and kept checking their phones in one of the rooms. The bathrooms were rusty and the toiletries were stored in a place that smelled damp. The shower had a short, electric one, and the smell of mildew was awful. The breakfast was nothing special. Given the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location and the attention of the staff were great; they were very friendly and welcomed us well before check‑in. The kitchen could be used more efficiently, and sometimes the noise from some guests was a bit disruptive.

The room was clean and cozy, located in the center of El Poblado. There was no hot water, and it was not very practical.
