I never got any room even though my booking was confirmed, and the lack of transparency was frustrating.

I arrived there on the evening of the 26th with my wife, and they told us there was no room for us, which caused a lot of trouble; I reached out to the relevant people, but the worst part is this email to give feedback—sorry to say the hotel is not trustworthy. Everything was awful; lodge this as a complaint and please don’t recommend the hotel to anyone.
