Nice service, drinks in the fridge, earplugs for traffic. The shower drain came loose, so some touch‑ups were needed here and there, and the doors and walls were thin.

The accommodation was clean and located very centrally.

Great location, felt safe, lovely reception staff, stored luggage. Nothing negative.

The location was convenient and the staff friendly, the sheets were clean and the room was tidied daily. However, the soundproofing was poor and the neighbors were noisy, plus my room faced the courtyard, and the window had been sealed with film, making the room very dark.
