The place was quiet, had a great location, and offered good value for money, but those same positives were also the negatives.

I liked the ambiance, atmosphere, and service, but the air conditioning didn't work well.

The hotel was accessible, and there were no negatives.

The reception staff were always lovely, very kind and helpful, and the concierge and housekeeping teams were equally friendly and efficient; Solace Hotel makes a great first stop for exploring Manila and reconnecting with loved ones.
