Location was fine. The staff were not helpful, the cleaning was missed, and there were no amenities.

The hotel’s location is close to the JR line and the Airport train, making travel convenient.

The breakfast offered some unusual items that I really enjoyed, and the restaurant was spacious with wine available, which left me very satisfied. However, the bathroom had a distinct odor that seemed to mix toilet and bath smells, and the toilet seat was still bent.

The place is situated near Nippori station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and helpful staff nearby, but the room itself was on the smaller side.
