“Total disappointment”

While the hotel's centralized location was convenient, my room was a letdown. The rooms were not clean, with stained bed sheets, towels, and floor mats. The shower tub was also in a poor state, and adjusting the water temperature was a challenge. To make matters worse, the floor had long hair and food scattered about, which was quite unacceptable.

I had a truly miserable experience at this hotel, which started from the moment we checked in. The room itself was disappointing, with narrow beds that creaked, hard mattresses, and uncomfortable pillows. To make matters worse, there were no lockers or wardrobes, fridges, or mini bars available, despite being supposedly noted in the details. The bathroom design was poor, with water leaking beside the lavatory, which was located outside the toilet area.

“Totally was good”

I found the hotel to be just okay. However, one major drawback was the limited parking availability, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests.

“We only need a place to sleep and shower.. changing the room for free doesn’t benefit our trip though as we only be in t”

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by extremely rude and unfriendly staff. On our first day, we reported that the air conditioner in our room wasn't working properly, and staff A promised to change our room the next day. However, when we brought this issue up again the next day, staff B and C were dismissive and accused us of trying to get a free room upgrade.

“Had a great sleep & trip”

I was pleased to find that my room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made my stay somewhat enjoyable. However, the view outside the room was not impressive. Considering the price I paid, though, I felt it was a fair deal overall.
