Das Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht top. Frühstück und Nachtessen waren von herausragender Qualität. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Der Anfahrtsweg mit dem neuen Parkplatzsystem auf der Seiser Alm und dem vorherigen anmelden mit Autonummer, etc. war sehr mühsam. Das sollte bereits auf booking erscheinen. Wahrscheinlich hätten wir uns deshalb für einen Anderen Ort entschieden. Was passiert mit Gästen, welche allenfalls kein Handy mit Internationalem Abo haben? Für die wird es sehr mühsam

This was our favorite stop on a 10‑day trip through Austria and Italy, where we stayed two nights. The room was larger than we expected and had a nice view; breakfast, dinner, and the spa were all excellent. Hiking straight from the hotel was very convenient, with many trails to choose from. We did wish the front desk had clarified how the parking pass would be issued, because of driving restrictions after reaching Compaccio. I expected an email from the hotel, but it came from a third‑party site that I missed; fortunately, nothing was lost.

Partiamo con OTTIMO, personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad elargire informazioni riguardanti la struttura, servizio al tavolo veloce e personale gentilissimo, la SPA molto valida, la Sauna a 90° veramente TOP! Alla sera relax assoluto e posizione silenziosissima, valido per rigenerarsi. Grazie
