The chalet’s private pool and the well‑equipped kitchenette were definite highlights, and the staff were friendly enough. The room arrived spotless with fresh towels, but I was counting on a mid‑stay cleaning and towel change that never happened—no one came by. It was decent overall, just a let‑down on the housekeeping side.
