Hotel Provenza

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Being a disabled guest, I chose this hotel for its ground‑floor access, elevator, and ground‑floor room. I showed my card at reception, but the gentleman said nothing. Behind the bathroom door, a huge step blocked access. The AC, despite what the same gentleman said, didn’t work. The view from the window looked out onto neighboring balconies. The room cost €129 for two, because it was the only one left. It was very hot during breakfast because the AC was not turned on.

I had breakfast on site, but we had to wait for someone to arrive to serve us, even though we were within the breakfast opening hours.

“j'ai passé un très bon séjour et je reviendrais a coup sur”

La chambre était spacieuse la douche était très correcte le seul petit soucis le bruit dehors sinon dans l'ensemble vraiment impeccable, le petit dej au top je conseil cet établissement les yeux fermés car le personnel est vraiment au petit soins et en plus il parle tous le Français a très bientôt Mr Benhamou. Comme je le dit au dessus a part le bruit dehors vraiment rien a dire sur cet hôtel

The location is good. The staff were not very friendly, except for one young woman, and the room was very noisy.

The outlets weren’t French plugs, so you couldn’t plug in a kettle unless you used the bathroom, and there were no French TVs. The bedside lamp worked poorly, the curtains and blinds were outdated, and breakfast cost €8, which is not worth it because there was practically nothing. Instead, go right after you exit to a nice little bar with a good selection of breads. The cleaning ladies were friendly and smiling. The manager barely says hello to guests.
