The spot is great, just a two‑minute walk to the MRT, and the room is roomy with a little side table. Breakfast ingredients are good, especially the fresh fruit. The downside is the poor soundproofing; I could hear people turning switches right inside my room.

The location works well. However, the soundproofing is awful: the two cleaners in the hallway were shouting loudly before checkout, one seemed to be scolding the other in a harsh tone, and the clattering of their cleaning tools was clearly audible in my room. The restaurant’s air conditioning didn’t cool the space, and during the lunch rush around 12 pm it felt unbearably hot.
