The location is good, but the rooms are isolated; we were at the very end of the corridor and could hear the elevator like we were inside it all night, plus the outside noise from a garbage truck passing at 8 am every morning right below the room, which makes a lot of noise for 10 minutes.

The facilities were decent and adequate, but the bathtub in the bathroom was a bit old, the shower wasn’t good, and there was a lack of investment in those bathrooms; breakfast lacked fruit options and everything was plastic, and the number of chickens made it hard to enjoy a quiet meal.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the hotel was too far from the fun.

The manager was a horrible person; when we mentioned a complaint upon arrival, he told us he didn’t want us to stay instead of addressing the issue, and the security guard, a moustached child, verbally abused and harassed our kids all holiday.
