When we arrived and paid for the room, they added a 10% surcharge for credit card payment, and we were never warned about it.

The views and location were great, and the heated pool was decent, though a sauna might have been expected for the price. Breakfast service fell short: tables weren't ready, and on the first night the room lacked soap, shampoo, and towels. For the cost, I hoped for better service.
