The spot was great and the staff were helpful, and the room was clean. The first room had a cigarette odor and I had to request a change; the second room smelled like bleach, but we could ventilate it. The furniture looked worn, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I struggled to sleep well.

The hot tub was hot, the pool was cold, and both were clean. Checking in was pleasant and checking out was easy. The beds were stiff, the rooms were old, the bathtub only allowed a shower drain, and the towels were thin.

The location was the only redeeming factor. Everything else was dirty, with cockroaches and ants, dirty grout on the floor and walls, a very dirty and useless balcony, and an elevator that was no better than the rest. The advertising was misleading, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the overall look and feel of the room were poor. Compared to other hotels in different states, even budget chains like Best Western, Marriott, Super 8, Drury, Westin, and La Quinta offer better value for the price.

The location was good, but the room was gross and smelled like someone had smoked in it. It felt like a dated motel. The smoke smell in the room was the main issue.
