Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Spacious rooms, good breakfast, parking, nice wellness facilities and outdoor pools, staff are friendly. The beds are hard, Wi‑LAN is fine, but the mobile network in the area is mediocre.

I think an 11:00 AM checkout is too early, especially when check‑in starts only in the late afternoon; hotels should rethink these times to let guests enjoy the facilities longer.

The hotel is stunningly new, designed in modern Italian style, with large, spacious rooms, a luxurious spa, and high‑quality food. We had a bad odor in the room, but the staff swapped it for another room and even upgraded us. Everything was perfect!

Everything, especially the décor of the spaces, the pools, and the bar.

We did not like the Hoka restaurant at all. The concept (Italian-Japanese fusion) does not seem like a good idea, but the menu and the quality of the plates are not in line with what you would expect from Falkensteiner
