The area was in a quiet zone and the fact that we didn’t expect it, we got the money back immediately because we refused to stay. The staff were unfriendly, the parking was crowded, and there was no way to find a spot near the pool. For the car, they told me to stay next to someone who would leave. They said that even though I was booked, they couldn’t guarantee parking or a lounge. The furniture was low quality. To reach the pool you had to go through the dining room.
