“5-star by name but truly a 3-star hotel”
The staff was excellent! The location is very good, right by the sea, but unfortunately the water cleanliness was below our expectations. The quality of the beds, mattresses, and pillows in the room all looked worn and in need of renovation.
“Asa si asa.”
The rooms and outdoor courtyards were clean, but you don't get quality coffee with all‑inclusive, it's not included in the package. The food at the buffet is very limited, only apples and oranges are offered as fruit, the spa is a separate company and not included, and the spa is not maintained at all. Cleaning on the beach between loungers and the sea is not done; there are stones in front of the loungers and the entry to the sea is abrupt—just a few meters into the beach you already have to climb over.
The pools, the sea, the food were all great.
Everything was perfect; nothing was lacking.
“Waisting of time and money.”
I appreciated the all‑inclusive option, but the resort feels very old; many things don't work—air conditioning, the bathroom fan, only two power sockets, no insect net on the balcony door, the TV is very old with no interactive or app options, and the channels are only Greek and German. I had to stop writing because it would be too much complaining. I think the constant cruising to the USA and the Caribbean has ruined us.
