The spot was perfect for getting around Munich, especially by taxi, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind to my mother who uses a wheelchair. They went above and beyond, even arranging a birthday cake and giving me generous gifts from the management team. The food and wine at the restaurant were delicious, making this one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly, yet the room was too dark, the water glasses weren’t clean, and I didn’t like the scent in the reception area.
