The bed was huge and comfortable, and the room itself wasn't small. The sheets were spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the room was decent. The shower had a very strong water pressure, almost like a massage, which I liked. I was tired, so everything for relaxation was great, but for the price I expected a bit more. I was surprised there was no hair dryer in the shower. The lighting was weak, making it less comfortable, and there were few outlets, which made charging my phone inconvenient. These are all small details.

We arrived late from a concert and the check‑in went smoothly. The room was huge, breakfast at the nearby restaurant was excellent, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Nothing to complain about.

Toni is a fantastic housekeeper—very professional alongside the rest of the staff. It’s a great hotel; I’ll come back another time and would recommend it for families. The only downside was the overall friendliness and welcome from the staff, which felt a bit lacking.
