The room we got was pretty nice and had space for our stuff. The bathroom was clean and the room was tidy. We enjoyed the pool view and the staff’s friendliness. When we arrived the bed sheets were dirty with little dirt and hair. Most importantly, the music volume was loud at 1 and 2 a.m.; it’s understandable the hotel has an adult vibe, but many of us were unaware of this detail and it was shocking to hear such loud music at those hours. They could play music but at a reasonable volume, especially for rooms near the pool where the high volume is very annoying. People who come to rest at night are especially affected.

The physical layout is fine. The mattress was very hard, there were ants in the bed, and we had two days without music because there was no internet and they didn’t fix it even though it was a weekday. After a rainy day many ants swarmed into the pool and we had to remove them manually; it seems good service only happens on weekends. I’m sad because I had higher expectations for the place.
