The staff who greeted us upon arrival was nice, though I can’t recall her name to thank her. The room had no air conditioning and the price was an exaggeration; it was on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, the cleaning was poor, the sheets and towels were yellowed, there was a cigarette smell in the hallways, few outlets in the room, and overall I wouldn’t return.

Breakfast was well supplied and the staff generally provided good service, especially the kitchen team who were very professional. The only downside is the absence of an elevator.

The hotel met my needs perfectly; the staff were always very polite and there was nothing to complain about. Though it’s an older property, it accommodated me calmly, and the nearby restaurant and quiet location were great. I would stay again.
