I had a great time at this place, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. However, there were some issues with the electricity for the last three days, which was a bit of a problem. Also, the kitchen was missing a few essentials, which was a bit of a hassle. Still, the staff made up for it.

This place exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable rate and fantastic location. The room was spotless and had plenty of space to move around.

I was really looking forward to my stay here, but it got off to a rocky start. The initial welcome was a bit of a disaster - I was called back to the reception to pay, only to find out I hadn't actually paid in the first place. A male staff member had given me the keys, but then a female staff member, Victoria, insisted I pay, even though I'd already said I would in the morning. It was a bit confusing, and I ended up paying for two nights instead of one, not sure why.

The hotel's staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making a great first impression. They were always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it was recommending local restaurants or helping with luggage. However, the room service meals were a bit of a letdown, with orders taking longer than expected to arrive. Despite this, the food itself was still pretty tasty, and the staff's friendly attitude made up for the slight delay.
